Magic Sort Support

Tap a bottle to pick it up, then tap another bottle to pour. You can pour onto the same colour or into an empty bottle, as long as there's room. Sort every potion so each bottle holds a single colour to finish the level.

Use a tool from the bar under the board: Undo takes back your last pour, Shuffle mixes the potions, Extra bottle adds an empty bottle, and Hint shows a move that leads to a solution. When your free tools run out, you can use coins for more.

Yes. Every level is checked by a solver before you play it, and retrying a level gives you the same puzzle, not a new one, so you can learn it.

Turn on Colour symbols on potions in the game's settings. Each colour then gets its own symbol.

Failing a level costs a life, and lives refill over time. When you're out, take a short break and come back.

Win levels (harder levels pay more), open the chest you get for a win streak, play the daily challenge, or watch a rewarded ad when one is offered. You can also buy coin packs in the shop.

The reward is added only after the ad has played to the end. If the ad was closed early, didn't load or lost its connection, no reward is given. Try again later, and contact us if it keeps happening.

Ads keep the game free. They are provided by Google AdMob: a banner, full-screen ads between some levels, and rewarded ads you can choose to watch for a reward.

Buy Remove Ads in the shop. It's a one-time purchase that stops banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded ads stay available, because they only play when you choose to watch one.

For tracking, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland you can also change your ad consent in the game's settings under Privacy choices.

We don't. Your progress stays on your iPhone. Google AdMob collects some device, usage and diagnostic data to show ads. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Coins are added as soon as Apple confirms the payment. Make sure you're online, then close and reopen the game. If they still don't appear, contact us below with the date of the purchase from your Apple purchase history.

Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in the game. Coins can't be restored, because they're used up when you spend them.

Your progress and coins are saved only on your iPhone, not on a server. If you delete the game, they're deleted too. To keep them on a new iPhone, restore it from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
