Cat Nap Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Apexa Pambhar ("we", "us") handles information in Cat Nap: Logic Puzzle for iPhone and iPad (the "Game") and on this website. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information stored on your device

Your levels, best times, daily puzzle history and streak, settings (such as auto-✕, colour patterns and vibration) and any board in progress are stored only on your device. We do not run servers, we do not have user accounts, and this information is never sent to us. It is included in your iPhone or iPad backup, and deleting the Game deletes it.

The Game does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

• Approximate location, based on your IP address
• Device identifiers, such as the identifier for vendors or, if permitted, the advertising identifier
• Information about the ads you see and tap
• App interactions and performance data, such as app launches
• Crash and diagnostic data

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. No tracking

The Game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency), so iOS does not give the advertising identifier to the Game.

4. Your choices

• Consent (UK, EEA and Switzerland). You are asked for your consent before any ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings → Purchases → Ad privacy choices.
• No ads. The one-time Remove Ads purchase stops the Game from loading ads.
• Advertising identifier. You can reset your device's advertising identifier in iOS Settings at any time.
• Data held by Google. See My Ad Center, or contact Google using the links above.

5. Legal basis (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

Personalised advertising relies on your consent, which you can give, refuse or change as described above. Non-personalised advertising relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the Game free. Your game progress is processed only on your device, so we process no personal data for it.

6. Network use

You can play without an internet connection. The Game connects to the internet only to load ads and the consent message from Google, and when Apple processes an App Store purchase.

7. In-app purchases

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. Once you buy it, the Game stops loading ads.

8. Crash reports

If you have turned on Share With App Developers in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. These do not identify you. We use them only to fix bugs, and you can turn this off at any time.

9. This website and support emails

If you contact us by email or through a form on this website, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply to you and help with your request. We keep it no longer than needed (normally up to 24 months), and never sell it or use it for marketing. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This website sets one essential session cookie to protect forms from abuse, and uses no tracking cookies.

10. Data retention and deletion

We do not hold any data from the Game. Deleting the Game deletes its data from your device; a device backup may still contain it until that backup is removed. For data held by Google, use the choices above. To have support emails you sent us deleted, email us.

11. Security

Your game data is protected by iOS app sandboxing and by your device's passcode encryption.

12. Your rights

Because we do not hold any personal data about you from the Game, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, California law or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have further rights and may complain to a data protection authority; email support@devappstudio.tech and we will help within 30 days. For data processed by Google for advertising, use your consent choices in the Game, reset your device's advertising identifier in iOS Settings, or contact Google using the links above.

13. Children

The Game is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

14. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
